BabyCenter is the world's number one digital parenting resource reaching millions of new and expectant parents each month. Launched in 1997, their vision is to create a world of healthy pregnancies, thriving children, and confident parents.

BRIEF

We were asked to create two colourful and engaging videos to compliment their ‘Inside Pregnancy’ series. The first video explains how food reaches your baby during pregnancy and the second is all about fertilization.

RESULTS

Both animations were designed to fit in with the Babycenter branding and use playful pastel colours.

‘How Food Reaches Your Baby’ features a mum, crunching on an apple. We zoom into her insides and watch the journey of her food to the baby and how it filters through the placenta to the umbilical cord.

For the ‘Fertilization’ animation we created a loving couple and zoomed in to watch the journey of the sperm through the vagina and fallopian tubes before reaching the ovum and finally fertilizing the egg.
