Kino Bino Ltd takes your privacy seriously and your personal data will only be used to contact you about your enquiry once you have completed our contact form. Your personal information will never be sold or passed on to third parties unless there is a very good reason to do so, in which case your consent will always be sought before doing so.


OUR CONTACT FORM

When you fill out the contact form on this website your name, email address and website will be collected. This will be used to reply to your enquiry and will not be used to sell on to third parties or spam you with unnecessary emails.
 
If your enquiry results in you becoming a client your details will be held in the company address book. 
If your enquiry relates to work experience, freelancer opportunities or contract work then we may request to keep your information in our contractor database. In this case, we will always ask for your permission and may ask to collect additional information such as your cv, location and service rates. 
 
If you would like to be removed from the address book or database you can email your request to the assigned data protection officer. 
 
If your enquiry does not lead to you becoming a client or you do not want to be part of our database then your details will be archived. These can be deleted by contacting the data protection officer and submitting your request.


NETWORKING


If any of our employees have met you at a networking event and you have given them a business card then that card will be kept for an indefinite amount of time. The information on your card will be used to contact you when needed. 
 
We will never use your information to subscribe you to a newsletter and will never sell your information to a third party. If we meet someone who might be a person of interest to you then we will ask your permission before passing your details on. 


HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will only use your personal data in the following circumstances: 

  • To perform the contract we have or are about to have with you. 

  • To evaluate your suitability for work experience/employment with us.

  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. Legitimate interests mean the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service for users. 


HOW AND WHERE WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We retain project records and associated client and contractor information including correspondence, in secure archives.

  • In accordance with UK accounting and taxation laws, our accounts records are kept for at least five years after the submission deadline for the previous tax year.

  • Any CV’s that are sent to us may be retained for up to 2 years.


HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

Key fobs are required to access our building, floor and office. 

  • The office is locked and alarmed when unattended.

  • All software is regularly updated with the latest security patches.

  • User accounts are assigned to provide limited access to information.

  • Anti-malware and boundary firewalls are in place to prevent malware infections and data breaches.

  • Antivirus software is kept up-to-date and computers are regularly scanned to detect potential threats.


GOOGLE ANALYTICS


This website contains a Google Analytics tracker to better understand how visitors use this website and to improve the content and experience. In order to do so, Google Analytics uses cookies. These track anonymous user behaviour and store no sensitive or personally identifiable information.
The data Google Analytics collects is set to be retained for 14 months (the shortest amount of time Google allows this retention period to be) and will be deleted automatically after that.
